Taylor D. Ward, Managing Member

Taylor is a graduate of Duke University where he received an A.B. degree, magna cum laude, and then received a J.D. and LL.M (Foreign and International Law) from Duke Law School. Upon graduation he spent a year at the Faculty of Law at Tohoku University in Sendai, Japan as a Fulbright Scholar.

After spending 20 years working for large law firms in New York City, Winston-Salem, North Carolina and Orlando, Florida, Taylor opened in Ward Law Firm P.L. in Orlando in 2009 specializing in commercial real estate finance and lease transactions. Taylor is the president of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Winter Park Tech, active at Orangewood Presbyterian Church, the Scoutmaster for Troop 687 in Maitland, Florida. He is involve with the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, a graduate of Leadership Winter Park Class XIV and for several years has been the co-chair for the Chamber’s Leadership Winter Park Government Day and also the Chamber’s Youth Leaders Law and Government Day for area high school students.

Taylor’s wife, Sally, is an interior designer in Winter Park. They have two children.
